Welcome! I'm so glad you’re here. My name is Gaby, a photographer based in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area. While it’s never easy for me to put myself in the spotlight, here’s my attempt to share a bit of my world with you.

I’ve always been passionate about travel, fitness, and pushing my physical limits through activities like running and martial arts. The idea of change excites me, whether it's discovering new places or exploring personal growth through movement. It’s the little details that make life beautiful, and I find joy in capturing them—whether in nature, people, or the everyday moments we often overlook. One of my favorite quotes is by photographer Joel Strasser: “A photographer must love life more than he does photography.” I couldn’t agree more.

My photography journey began about 10 years ago when my parents gifted me my first digital camera. That moment sparked a passion that’s only grown over time. After graduating with a degree in Photojournalism in 2022, I decided to take my photography to the next level, turning my passion into a small business that I’m proud of today.

What drives me most is capturing emotion. Whether I’m photographing people or objects, I always strive to bring out the true essence of my subject. I believe that the best photographs are the ones that make you feel something, long after the moment has passed.

I know being in front of a camera can feel intimidating, so my goal is to make the experience enjoyable from the very start. I want you to look back at your images and not just see yourself but relive the emotions of that moment—and, hopefully, feel inspired to do it all over again.

When it comes to commercial photography, I understand that products can’t tell their own stories. My job is to bring them to life through thoughtful composition and props that highlight their identity, creating images that communicate without words.
